SX: Over the last ~3 months, Sara has been experiencing extreme cramping with her cycle, lower overall energy levels, allergy/sinus issues following cardio exercise, facial breakouts, and ongoing tendon issues (multiple).

She moved unexpectedly in August 2025, which roughly correlates with the timing of her symptom flare. Her current housing is older, materials unknown, and there have been issues with bats entering the home.

Sara hasn’t had bloodwork in several years, and will be starting with a complete panel. Expected draw window before January 2026, with results at the top of the year. Possible labs include TotalTox to check for environmental factors, GI-MAP to check gut function, Wheat Zoomer to check for gluten reactivity, and DUTCH Complete to evaluate estrogens if cyclical cramping does not cease.

  • Sara’s first blood draw confirmed high histamine. Protocols begin immediately to support and regulate histamine response. Vital voids include Vitamin D, magnesium, calcium, B vitamins, and zinc. Notable patterns include subclinical hypothyroid, liver dysfunction, immune activation, and digestive dysfunction/malabsorption with possible GI pathogens.
